I love collecting…. buttons, stamps, vintage paper, fabric, ribbons, charms, trinkets, orphaned photos…. anything and everything, the older the better.
I started collecting various stones, rocks and shells a few years ago to mark each place I visited. I write the name and date on the object and place them in a display cabinet. I can’t wait until Sienna is old enough to understand and we can search together for the perfect pebble on each trip we take.
I love my little growing pile of memories….and they are eye candy on an otherwise boring glass armoire shelf.
This post is dedicated to Finley….a very skilled rock, stick, leaf and gourd collector.

Love the labelling idea! Are you just using a sharpie? This is brilliant for my little rock and gourd collector finley. 🙂

Yep! Just using a Sharpie…seems to be holding up pretty well. I was thinking about Finley when I wrote this post! I loved how excited she was showing me her lavender sparkle dinosaur rock the other day at Costco….
