One thing you might not know about me…..I was a mathematics major. I’m just mentioning that so you’ll understand why I’ve been sitting here this morning trying to calculate how long these brushes had to have been sitting in this container for a quart of water to have evaporated completely. Now they are glued to the bottom of the container in a dried coagulation of paint.
Estimate: A long time.
That is too funny. I just found a dry cup with equally dry paintbrushes inside of it. Found myself wondering the same thing you are – how long has this been here? Oops.
I have a mathematics degree too so I completely understand. lol It would all depend on your humidity and heat 😉 but yeah, a long time. I'm more impressed that they sat long enough for the water to evaporate vs your daughter spilling or drinking it!

I glue brushes full of ModPodge to the sink almost daily. (I could swear I rinsed them…)
I, however, was an English major so maybe that's why.
