I sketched these vintage cameras over the summer and really had no plans for them but then, today, as I was brainstorming ways to help my friend Jen (who you read about here) I got the idea to offer them as prints to raise funds. Jen is a very talented photographer so I’d like to think that maybe the sketches were meant for her from the very beginning.
For $6, you’ll get all 4 vintage cameras sketches as an instant download that you can print as many times as you like. There’s even one combined print. Frame them and use them as home decor or print them onto t-shirt transfer paper for clothing. 100% of net proceeds go straight to Jen’s family for help. If 100 of them are downloaded that would be $600 to Jen and her family…..imagine 1,000 downloads! Plus, you get these cute little cameras in return too as a thank you!

Print them on a t-shirt transfer! Would that be an Instama-Tee?

I know many of you have been asking for an update. I don’t have a lot of information myself but what I think I can share is that Jen had surgery yesterday and it was much more serious surgery than they anticipated. She is in ICU still in Jupiter, FL with her family. They are all very far from home which makes things even more difficult. I just want to help alleviate a little of their burden right now so they can focus on Jen. So many people helped me and my family during my months of cancer treatment……and I want to do the same for her.
You can also make a donation via Jen’s website here.

Please pin and share with your friends….especially if they like vintage cameras! Thank you!

What a generous gesture. I hope that you get thousands of downloads!!
Rachel says
which technique did you use to put that on a t-shirt? my teen daughter would love it.
Ashley Hackshaw says
Hi Rachel! It’s just a simple t-shirt transfer. Just print it out using an inkjet printer (make sure to reverse the image) and then iron it on: there’s photos of the process at the bottom of this page: https://www.lilblueboo.com/party-printables

Thank you Ashley!

What tshirt did you use? Do you find one brand works better? Does it work on ribbed tanktops as well?

Got the Lord will Fight and had to get your artwork, 1. for the cause and 2. because it’s great! 🙂
As a survivor of Uteran cancer at 37 with one daughter, I understand how Jen needs to join her boys as soon as she can when it’s safe. Think it’s wonderful what you are doing. Hope that many join in and purchase the artworks!
Prayers and healing light from Oahu for all in need.
Much Aloha, Ruby

I tried this out on the choose joy download. I had trouble wtih some of the paper “sticking” to the shirt. Almost like it tore as it was coming off. Do you know why? Too hot maybe or holding it down too long? Thanks!!!!
Ashley Hackshaw says
What kind / brand of transfer paper did you use?
Rachel says
the kind you linked to at dharma. You know I also realized I didn’t pour the water out of the iron, but I didn’t have it on steam. Maybe that was it somehow?
Ashley Hackshaw says
I think maybe the iron wasn’t hot enough…..or maybe a small amount of steam got through. The paper should lift off cleanly with no effort at all (I lift it off while still hot). Hope that helps!
Rachel says
thanks!!! I’ll try it again and make sure to take the water out.
i did a smaller one on an old t-shirt first and it worked perfectly.
