Day 6’s prompt is:
This isn’t the first map I’ve drawn of my childhood neighborhood. Each time I draw a new map and compare it to an old one there are new memories and little changes. What I’ve realized is that the more years that go by…..the less I remember……but every once in a while something new will bring back an old memory and it’s like a flood of new awakened memories.
If you have trouble remembering enough to draw a map think about reaching out to someone you knew as a child and see what they remember!
