It’s been a little windy in the desert lately.

I don’t think it’s a secret that we have a slight obsession with Crocs. Boo loves them because they are comfortable and they keep her feet cool here in the desert. I love them because Boo can put them on by herself, she never gets any blisters, and they clean up to look perfectly new.
As soon as Boo’s Crocs start to look a little dingy I take a Mr Clean Magic Eraser to them…..and then run them all through our dishwasher!

Our all time favorite Crocs? The rainboots…..but since it doesn’t rain in the desert we refer to them as “Super Hero” boots:
haha! Too funny! We went through a big crocs phase over here too before the kids learned how to tie shoes!
Thanks for the tips! My kiddos love Crocs, too-but I can’t stand it when they get dirty. I do the magic eraser, too-but never thought of the dishwasher. Awesome!
We love our Crocs too! When our get dingy I throw them in the washing machine with dirty towels or jeans… Come out like new. I also just found out that Crocs replaces broken rivets for free! We’ve had a couple break on us and they sent us a pack of 8. 🙂
Wish I’d known that–My husband fixed ours with a trip to the hardware store. Gotta love that man! 🙂

Oh I grew up in L.A and the Santa Ana’s literally make my heart skip a beat. i love that special hot wind. I imagine out in the desert it’s just like that. I used to go to Palm Desert as a teenager to fry my skin a.k.a. get a tan. Now I want to go to relax. Those amazing mountains. Hmmm. o.k. carried away.
p.s. i throw crocs in the washing machine. They are pretty amazing and durable.
Since we don’t have a washer right now an old tooth brush and soap work here
