I loved playing with my mother’s houseplants when I was little. I would pretend they were tiny forests and I would make little hammocks, furniture, dishes etc out of paper, tin foil and tape for my imaginary Thumbelina-sized friends who lived in them. I gave Boo a large pot today with a variety of plants and told her it was a forest for her little fairies……she played with it for hours:

Don’t even get me started on these itty bitty miniature landscapes by Wee Green Spot…I think I have to have one:
